Vernon “Captain” Kirk, aka jiujitsudadbod on social media, is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a Black Belt in Judo, and also trains Sambo. He has competed in Fight 2 Win Pro tournaments, IBJJF, and was on the USA World Sambo Masters team in 2020. Vernon isn’t just a competitor, he has also been a referee for various grappling events for 10 years.
