They go on clean and smooth and can be removed easily. To apply decal: Clean window, wall, or object prior to application to be sure it’s free of dust, oil, and dirt. Remove the plastic backing from decal and carefully place the decal where you want it. Rub over the top of the paper gently with a credit card, starting from the center and moving in outward directions to ensure proper adhesion. Remove the paper and you’re done!
